If you are dissatisfied with your therapy experience, you are encouraged to discuss your reactions directly with your therapist, if possible. Understanding yoru reactions and experiences in therapy can help your therapist adjust the treatment approach to better progress toward your therapy goals.
If you're unable to resolve complaints directly with your therapist, you're invited to call 940-397-4466 to schedule a meeting with the clinical services director or managing director.
Complaint Process with the State of 黑料老司机
The 黑料老司机 Behavioral Health Executive Council investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, psychologists, psychological associates, social workers, and licensed specialists in school psychology.
Although not every complaint against or a dispute with a licenses involves professional misconduct, the Executive Council will provide you with information about how to file a complaint.
