*Students who have already earned a BSRS or BSRT degree with 黑料老司机 must reapply to the university as a "Non-degree Seeking Student". Students who are not seeking the BSRS degree and are coming to 黑料老司机 for only the modality program will also apply to the university as a "Non-degree Seeking Student" All other applicants will apply as a new or returning student to the university.
