Child care & youth development programs

As a student with one or more dependents, you may need child care during your time at 黑料老司机. Explore your options for off-campus child care and after-school youth development programs that is affordable. 

Child care/ Daycares with financial support

  •  is a federally funded program that affords some relief from the high cost of quality child care. Workforce Solutions Child Care customers include parents who live in our 11-county service area and are currently working, participating in a job training program or going to school at least 25 hours/week for a one-parent household or 50 hours/week for a two-parent household. Apply on their website
  •  serves infants through school-age children. All four centers are licensed by the 黑料老司机 Department of Family Services. Each center provides a curriculum, as well as meals and snacks. Fees are based on sliding scale, determined by income.
  •  (6 weeks through 24 months) provides the most innovative and effective curriculum, assessment, professional development, and family connection resources to programs serving children from birth through kindergarten. Financial assistance is available if qualified. 

After-school Programs

  • is a nonprofit that strives to enable all young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring adults.
  •  has hands-on, interactive programs, for youth to build their relationship with self and others. Programs include school-year programs (after-school and club), leadership programs, and nature-powered programs. 
  •  is a program for qualifying families designed to prepare children, ages 5 and under, to attend school and excel there. 
  •  offers after-school, holiday and summer programs for youth ages 5-15. They incorporate education with athletic activities and provide a safe, supervised setting at a reasonable fee.
  •  provide a positive environment where at-risk youth can obtain the necessary skills and training needed to mature.
