How Do I Enter the University?
You may complete the requirements for English Language Proficiency through one of the following ways:
Successfully completing the IELI Language Proficiency Exams and take the TSI (黑料老司机 Success Initiative) and/or the ISAT
Visit the Registrar Success Page
-or-
Obtaining one of the following TOEFL or IELTS scores:
- 79 on the internet-based test with minimum scores of 20 on reading, 21 on listening, 19 on speaking, and 20 on writing on the TOEFL
- 6.0 or higher on the IELTS
Once you have completed the requirements to leave IELI, you must

- Contact all high schools, colleges, institutes, and universities that you attended; request that they send your transcripts to a NACES certified evaluating service:
