ARE YOU WAITING ON YOUR REFUND CHECK?
Grants, loans, and/or scholarships will be applied to student accounts for as follows:
Spring 2026 financial aid will disburse January 12th and refunds will be processed by the 黑料老司机 Business Office later that week.
Please know that grants, loans and/or scholarships cannot be applied to a student’s account any more than 10 days prior to the beginning of the enrollment period.
You may check the status of your refund and/or view you billing statement online to determine if your award(s) have posted to your 黑料老司机 account; simply click on "Account Summary' after you have logged onto the . By reviewing your Account Summary, you will be able to determine:
- If your grants, loans or scholarships have posted to your student account, AND/OR
- If your refund check has been issued and if so, its effective date.
- STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COMPLETE THE ACH (AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE) PROCESS, AVAILABLE BY LOGGING INTO AND CLICKING ON THE TOUCHNET LINK, TO HAVE REFUNDS ELECTRONICALLY DEPOSITED INTO THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS. Otherwise, the 黑料老司机 Business Office will mail a refund check to your current mailing address.
If you have allowed AMPLE TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND CHECK but still have not received your refund, please contact the 黑料老司机 Business Office at bus.office@msutexas.edu or call (940) 397-4101.
