Showcasing Your Research
Presenting and sharing your work is a great way to network and practice professional and research communication skills. Undergraduate students from 黑料老司机 have numerous opportunities to present on campus and at regional, state, and national events. The events listed here are open to all disciplines. Additionally, you may discuss other opportunities to present at professional conferences with your faculty mentors.
The Office of Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities is in its 13th year of funding undergraduate research and creative endeavors through the EURECA Scholars Program at 黑料老司机.
Showcasing and Sharing Your Research
Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Forum (UGRCAF)
The Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities Forum (UGRCAF), held each semester, is 黑料老司机's premiere showcase for undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative activity. Students from every discipline, involved in faculty-mentored research, share poster, oral, or creative presentations to the 黑料老司机 and Wichita Falls community. Presentations are evaluated by 黑料老司机 faculty and winners receive recognition.
Anyone interested is invited to submit an abstract through the Call for Abstracts process at the beginning of each semester.
Celebration of Scholarship
The Celebration of Scholarship, held each spring semester, is 黑料老司机's showcase for research, scholarship, and creative activity. Co-sponsored by the McAda Graduate School, the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research (OSPR), and the Office of Undergraduate Research, the forum is a two-day research event bringing together faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students from all disciplines to share posters, oral, or creative presentations with the 黑料老司机 and Wichita Falls community.
